What is training? The action of teaching a person a particular skill or type of behavior. All of our children graduated from college with little or no debt and are working full-time in their prospective careers. How did this happen? It happened because of training. We trained our children, spiritually, socially, academically and athletically. We attended church regularly and practiced biblical values at home. We encouraged them to associate with like-minded people. We consistently sought out the best educational opportunities for them with the available resources. We always knew how they were progressing in school and secured academic support when needed. They understood that earning A’s and B’s was the acceptable standard. We enrolled our children in athletic activities that they enjoyed: Soccer, basketball and track primarily. They all were college student athletes and graduated either early or on time. We, and theri relatives,  always had high expectations for them. We always communicated with our kids and were always involved in their education.  We have positive relationships with our children and regularly vacation together. 

At LendEars Professional Coaching, we work with parents to develop strategies that maximize the opportunities for their children to be well adjusted individuals who are prepared to overcome life’s challenges and be self-sufficient.
